IMPORTANT PRACTICE UPDATE
My final day seeing patients in Virginia will be November 13, 2026, as I will be relocating out of state. I remain open and am still actively scheduling appointments—including new SAAT treatments through my final days. Existing appointments remain confirmed. Current patients are welcome to contact me directly with questions about continued care or referrals.
A detailed practice-closure notice was emailed to patients for whom I had an email address available. If you did not receive it, please contact me directly.

Philosophy
Restoring Your Nature
Nature was my first love, and my interest in natural medicine grew from that love. I believe in the power of nature, regeneration, and resilience, inspired by old-growth forests—complex living systems shaped by the relationships among roots, soil, water, climate, and time. Their strength does not come from any one isolated part, but from the integrity of the whole.

That understanding is also what drew me to Chinese medicine, the foundation of my practice. It looks for patterns, relationships, and the ways different aspects of a person’s health influence one another.

Modern health concerns, however, have become increasingly complex. People may be navigating overlapping allergies and sensitivities, environmental and chemical exposures, persistent infections, post-viral illness, immune dysregulation, and symptoms involving multiple systems. At the same time, our understanding of these concerns continues to evolve. I added SAAT and Auricular Medicine to give me additional ways to evaluate these complexities and provide more individualized care.

I do not believe every person or concern should be forced into the same framework. I draw from these systems thoughtfully, choosing the approach—or combination of approaches—that best fits the individual in front of me.

Speak with reason, act with emotion, treat with courtesy, accomplish results.
