Herbal Medicine

Harnessing the power of nature, our herbal remedies are carefully crafted to address your unique health concerns. I blend herbs based on TCM principles to provide personalized solutions for various ailments. Herbal medicine has been used for thousands of years and is a major pillar of Chinese medicine.

Acupuncture

Licensed and experienced acupuncturists use the art of acupuncture to promote the body's natural healing mechanisms. This centuries-old practice involves the insertion of ultra-thin needles into specific points to restore energy flow, reduce pain, and improve overall health.

Cupping therapy is a specialized technique that can alleviate pain, improve blood circulation, and reduce stress. Our skilled practitioners use this method to enhance your well-being.

Gua Sha

Gua sha involves scraping the skin to remove blood stagnation , stimulate circulation to the tissue, promote healing, treat pain and muscle stiffness

Holistic Wellness

I take a holistic approach to health, considering not only physical but also emotional and mental aspects. My services aim to create a harmonious balance within your body and mind.

Whether you’re experiencing chronic issues or temporary discomfort, I will create a treatment plan made just for you, adapting the appropriate philosophies of both ancient and modern medicine principles to bring you well-rounded options for healing.

Dry Needling

Dry needling is the use of acupuncture needles inserted into specific trigger points to treat pain and orthopedic ailments. In that way, it is similar to Traditional Chinese Medicine's acupuncture use of "Ashi" tender points. Dry needling is different in that is solely focused on the muscle or joint itself, whereas Traditional Chinese acupuncture treats the person as a whole connected system where pain may be related to other disharmonies, and a variety of points may be used for treatment.

Lifestyle Advice

Harmony of nature

Lifestyle advice may consist of taking a look at what's offending you in your home and work environment creating imbalance. Sometimes we've got to clean up the environment in order to create a new paradigm for healing to occur.  This could include discussions of EMFs, proper food preparation, diet, nutrition and fasting, sleep and wake routine, exercise, and mindfulness.

Incorporating daily Qi Gong, breathing exercises, and energy practices into your life bring more Joy, health,  fulfillment, and more depth, meaning, and peace into your world by energizing and harmonizing your mind, organs, and energy. Best of all, you can do it daily, and for free!
